Our textured design provides the perfect non-slip, sticky surface on top, and enough grip on the bottom to hold on any surface. Longer and wider than average mats, it provides the space needed for all poses. Extremely durable and heavy metal, latex, and phthalate free. Care Instructions: To clean your mat, wipe down with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar. Let it air dry before rolling it back up. To increase stickiness prior to your first use, sprinkle sea salt on your mat, spritz with water and gently rub, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
